• Senior and Mid Level Java Developers --Java Development  at Senior Level and Mid Level  with expertise and experience in implementing applications using Java, JSP, EJB, J2EE and Oracle 9.0i/8.0i (backend) with various application and web servers that include Oracle Application Server, Web Logic, Web Sphere on UNIX and LINUX environments.  Candidates must be experienced in developing and presenting Technical briefings, establishing architecture and leading the development efforts. Overall IT experience of 3-10 years in developing and implementing web and client server applications with Federal  agencies  is desirable but not  necessary. Bachelors degree in IT/CompSci/Maths/Applied Sciences is desired  

• Oracle Developers* - with a overall IT experience of 3-8 years salary around in developing Oracle applications using Oracle tools such as PL/SQL, SQL*Loader, shell scripting for ETL and performace tuning and optimization. Bachelors degree in IT/CompSci/Maths/Applied Sciences is desired. 

• Datawarehouse Developers - with a overall IT experience of 3-8 years salary around in implementing datawarehousing applications for commercial clients with tools such as Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica, Datastage, Abinitio, Crystal Reports or Oracle Datawarehouse. Bachelors degree in IT/CompSci/Maths/Applied Sciences is desired 

• Senior .NET developers (VB.NET or C# for Windows and Web Applications) and overall IT experience of 3-8 years is necessary in developing web and client-server applications with SQL Server 7/2000/2005 or Oracle 8.0i/9i/10g as backend RDBMS.Bachelors degree in IT/CompSci/Maths/Applied Sciences is desired

• Mid Level and Senior Testers - with extensive hands on experience in performing testing with tools such as WinRunner, Load Runner and Test Director in an enterprise environment in developing web and client-server applications.  Telecommunication experience is desired but not necessary. Bachelors degree in IT/CompSci/Maths/Applied Sciences is desired.  

• Network/System Administrators (Junior and Senior)- with experience in maintaining windows 2000/2003 and UNIX networks, upgrading servers, installing and maintaining software such as  webservers, databases, mail servers, firewalls,  PC repairs and upgrades. Bachelors degree in IT/CompSci/Maths/Applied Sciences is desired with relevant network administration certifications.

• Microsoft ASP developers - Visual Basic 6.0 or SQL Server 7.0 or 2000 versions is desired.  Experience of more than year in developing applications using ASP, SQL Server 7/2000, HTML, Java Script, Business components with VB 6 is preferred.  Bachelors degree in IT/CompSci/Maths/Applied Sciences with a total IT experience of 3-8 years is desired. 

• Senior Software Developers with expertise in SDLC, Internet, E-Commerce, C/S Applications. Tech Skills in multi-tier DNA architecture, ASP, Oracle, SQL Server, COM/COM+, DCOM, MTS, HTML, IIS, MSMQ, OOBC, VB,, ADO. Proficiency in developing applications in diverse areas (Telecom, Statistical Process Quality Control, Serial Port Comm, & Proj. Mgmt). BS degree with 4 years or MS degree in IT/Maths/Comp Sc/applied sciences/Engr w/ 2 yrs of software exp. 

• IT Staffing Account Manager - with extensive business development experience in establishing and developing new clients in DC Metro area.  Overall 8-10 years of IT Staffing Business development experience with verifiable revenues of at least 1.00 Million dollars a year for the past one year, Salary around $70k - $120k/year with a generous commission structure based experience..

• Senior Business Developer for establishing new clients and contacts with various Federal Agencies - With at least 8-10 years of verifiable business development experience with federal agencies with no less than $1 million dollars gross revenue in the last two years. Salary around $100-$150k/year with standard benefits.
